Refund policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You have 10 (ten) calendar days from the date you received your order to contact us and return the item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase.  Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s).

Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect it/them and if received in good condition, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Please note:

• All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This helps cover handling, inspection, and relisting time.

• All sales of discounted and personalized ceramics are final. Therefore, no returns, exchanges, and refunds will be provided.

• No refunds will be provided for items that are returned in used or damaged conditions.

• Import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and Spinware, LLC cannot be held responsible for any duties/taxes incurred under any circumstances. Therefore, all outstanding import charges will be deducted from your refund.
