Shipping policy
We offer free shipping on domestic orders of $125 or more. All orders are processed within 1 business day. Domestic orders ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. International Orders ship according to your choice of carrier and shipping speed during the checkout.
Domestic Ground Advantage packages are usually delivered in 3-6 business days, and Domestic Priority Mail packages are usually delivered between 2-4 business days. USPS Tracking®service is included in the price.
Spinware calculates and charges sales tax for the State of Colorado and the sales tax charged will be indicated and included during the checkout process. For overseas customers, import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. Spinware cannot be held responsible for any duties/taxes incurred.
Once your order is received and shipped, you will receive an order receipt, shipping notification, and order tracking number.
Delays due to carriers, customs and import issues, or strikes may occur. Such delays are unfortunately out of our control and Spinware cannot be held responsible for third party delays. We will, however, assist you whenever possible in resolving these issues.
In case of inclement weather or interruption of communications services (e.g., global computer network), we cannot guarantee the established processing and shipping times but will process and ship all orders as soon as the issues have resolved. All orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they were received.
